Biogreen Solutions are fully qualified to work on any boiler. From a 10kw domestic biomass boiler through to a 10mw large scale commercial system, we’ve got you covered.
Servicing
We recommend you arrange to have your system serviced every 12 months. Biogreen Solutions can book the future servicing of your biomass boiler or heat pump at the time of installation or if your boiler was fitted by another company you can call us any time to arrange a service.
Repairs and Technical Assistance
As with all heating systems, things can and do go wrong from time. Fortunately all of our biomass systems are fitted with remote access, allowing our fully qualified engineers to diagnose a fault remotely within minutes. If a fault cannot be fixed remotely, our online diagnostic system ensures that all Biogreen engineers arrive onsite with the correct tools for the job.
