This updated factsheet answers some of the most frequently asked questions around the benefits available for community energy and school installations under the Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) scheme. This includes an overview of the benefits and the application process.

Please note that this document intends to provide greater clarity on the FIT Community and Schools area, but should not be regarded as a definitive technical or legal guide to the schemes. Should you have any further questions that are not addressed in the FAQ document, please contact the FIT Community team.

From 1 October community installations will no longer be eligible for the tariff guarantee. We will continue to process applications received prior to this date.
