1What is the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme?

Heating and energy is changing in the UK. In order to become more energy efficient, the government has launched the Renewable Heat Incentive to generate 15% of the UK’s energy in the next few years.

You could be paid hundreds of pounds a year for generating heat by solar thermal panels, biomass boilers and heat pumps.

Through the RHI scheme the government pays your heating bills. You can earn up to 12p per Kw/h. Many people have started earning money through the scheme, businesses can earn much, much more.

2Am I eligible?
The Renewable Heat Incentive scheme is available to households, commercial businesses and many other places. Most renewable heat technologies are eligible and you must also use certain types of fuel in order to qualify. Biogreen offer comprehensive advice on what will be suit you.
3How easy is it to switch?
